Archives and Records Association customer satisfaction survey
The Public Services Quality Group (PSQG) for archives and local studies, which is part of the Archives and Records Association (ARA), conducts a survey of visitors to UK archives every 18 months. We take part in the survey to understand customers’ thoughts and to help shape the service with customer feedback.
